Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival
Friday 17th – Sunday 19th June 2022
The Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival was founded in 2003 as a celebration and reminder of Falmouth’s role as a first safe port of call for deepwater sailing ships. The festival takes place every year over a broad range of venues throughout the town. You can find people celebrating in all sorts of places, from cosy pubs, professionally engineered main stages, street corners and parish churches.
In 2021 the festival was hosted virtually to conform with guidelines during the pandemic. For 2022 the organisers are planning a return to the public, with a huge welcome back to the thousands of supporters that enjoy the festival ever year.
People travel from all over the world to visit Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival so it’s best to plan ahead. Remember to view our available properties and book early to avoid disappointment.
