We are all sailing in extremely difficult and completely uncharted waters, but the latest government advice for is very clear – until further notice we must all stay at home and not travel, and we are not accepting new bookings for April or May at this time.
If these restrictions mean that you will lose your holiday you should lodge a claim with your travel insurance provider to recover any losses incurred as a result. If you failed to take out an appropriate travel insurance policy when you booked your holiday we would recommend that you contact your bank or credit card company, as these accounts often include travel insurance cover.
If you do not have any insurance cover we are available by email to help and support you. Most of our property owners are understanding of the current crisis and are adopting more flexible cancellation policies, and whilst they are unlikely to be able to offer you a refund we will do our best to negotiate alternative dates for you later in the year at a time that suits you better.
Please do not call us – our telephone lines are extremely busy and we are unlikely to be able to respond to incoming calls in a timely fashion at this time. To contact us please click here – sending us an email is the best way to reach us, and we will respond to your query as soon as possible.
Rest assured that we are are working hard every day to continue to make Cornish holidays a safe and enjoyable experience for all again in the future.
