As far as modern apartments go, Topsail is definitely not one to disappoint. Stepping into the apartment, guests are instantly invited into a bright and open plan living area. With crisp white walls reflecting the abundance of light entering the space and the wooden flooring adding warmth and texture, the whole property has a sense of tranquility. The main living room is dominated by the glazed wall with French doors offering access to the balcony and spectacular views across the marina. The comfortable sofas invite guests to sit back and relax, and soak in the Cornish air and sunshine. This space is really luxurious, with lots of different textures and tones all working harmoniously – guests could truly enjoy an evening relaxing on the sofa with a glass of wine and watching the sun set behind the water, with a large TV for entertainment on a cooler evening.

The dining area is positioned to the side of the kitchen is designed to feel almost like a seperate space. There is a table and four chairs, so plenty of room for everyone to gather around and share some quality time together over a delicious meal or breakfast. If the weather is just too good to miss, then guests can take to the balcony to soak in the stunning views.

The kitchen is is well equipped and the breakfast bar is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee and adds a social element for nights spent in cooking for loved ones. The kitchen comes complete with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine providing all the home comforts for a relaxing break away. Throughout this living space, there are a number of floor lamps, and table lamps which can be switched up to change the mood and atmosphere of the evening and the soft spot lighting in the kitchen enables the space to become more cosy and intimate.

The two bedrooms and bathrooms can be found towards the front of the apartment. The master bedroom is spacious and calming and the super king size bed promises guests a relaxing nights sleep. Decorated with soft shades and hints of blue, guests will find it hard to not feel instantly refreshed once entering this room. The large headboard adds texture and depth to the space, and with twin bedside lamps guests can settle down and relax with a good book at the end of the day. This bedroom also benefits from an en suite shower room with  walk-in shower, so guests can begin the day feeling refreshed and awake!

The second bedroom features twin single beds which can be made up to a super king sized double, while the family bathroom is easily accessible and features a bath with overhead shower. This room is modern and contemporary with floor to ceiling tiles and a large mirror. It’s a cosy and relaxing space for guests to run a hot bath and relax after a long day spent exploring.

Guests at Topsail have use of a dedicated covered parking space which is 2.3m wide and 1.9m high – while most large vehicles will fit, for those that do not, or for guests with more than one car, there is unrestricted on-street parking on one side of North Parade.

Just a short walk or minutes drive away and guests will find themselves at the Greenbank Hotel. Situated below and along the pier wall is the Working Boat Pub where guests can enjoy a pint with breath taking views over the Falmouth piers and watch the boats passing by. Continue walking along the water and guests will approach Falmouth town centre via the High Street, where there is an abundance of local pubs and restaurants, perfect spots for a quick lunch or romantic meal. Falmouth has so much to offer that guests will never be stuck for something to do. There are plenty of boutique shops and art galleries, and a selection of historical attractions such as the Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. The surrounding fishing villages of Flushing and St Mawes are easily accessible from the Prince of Wales Pier, where a ferry boat provides a picturesque journey across the dividing water.
