There are two local beaches, Gyllyngvase and Swanpool, both have a good selection of water sport activities for hire and fabulous cafes. So whether guests are wanting to surf, kayak or paddle board in order to witness the rugged Cornish coastline, there’ll be no holding them back.
Gyllyngvase beach is directly opposite the apartment and with its golden sands and exciting rock pools, it promises a fabulous day out! The cafe also serves delicious food from breakfast until dinner so a last-minute decision to grab a bite to eat shouldn’t be a problem.
Falmouth also has excellent transport links to neighbouring villages and towns. The local sea ferry leaves from the Prince Of Wales Pier regularly so guests could enjoy exploring the local fishing villages of Flushing and St Mawes. There are also several train platforms in Falmouth, the nearest being The Dell only a five-minute stroll, and here guests could venture further into Cornwall and explore the capital, Truro.
