Testimonials

I simply wanted to say thank you and give some immediate feedback for the Boatwatch property. We arrived at 1am after a long drive and we are simply delighted!
Sarah

Boatwatch really lives up to its name. The views from the living area are absolutely stunning and we spent hours watching the boats move across the river to Falmouth. The upside-down layout works brilliantly, making the most of the scenery. The house is beautifully presented, spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Sitting at the dining table or window seat with that outlook never got old.

Andrew and Elizabeth Warner

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Boatwatch. The cottage is modern, cosy and thoughtfully laid out, with very comfortable beds and excellent shower rooms. The village of Flushing is charming and quiet, perfect for slowing down and switching off. Evenings spent upstairs with a glass of wine and those river views were the highlight of our trip. A real Cornish gem.

The Taylor family

Boatwatch is a fantastic holiday home — stylish, practical and in a great location. The kitchen was very well equipped, the sofas were comfortable and the WiFi was reliable. Having two shower rooms was ideal, and the allocated parking space right on the quay was a big bonus. The raised garden was a lovely spot to watch the sunset after a day exploring.

Theo and Sandy Marshall

This is the perfect base for enjoying Flushing and beyond. We loved wandering the pretty streets, visiting the local pubs and catching the ferry across to Falmouth. Boatwatch itself is beautifully finished and feels bright and welcoming throughout. The first-floor living space really makes the most of the incredible views, while the bedrooms downstairs were quiet and restful.

Oliver and Theresa Copeland

Boatwatch was ideal for our small family. The layout gave us plenty of space, and the flexible bedroom setup worked really well. Everything felt high quality, from the bedding to the furnishings. The shared lawn and nearby play park were great for the children, while we appreciated the calm atmosphere and waterside setting. We’d happily return.
