Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed with views across the water from the feature window and an ensuite shower room with large shower, WC and heated towel rail. The second bedroom looks over the courtyard and has twin single beds.

A further family bathroom is also on this floor, fully tiled with a large bath, overhead shower, WC and towel rail.

Discovery Quay is perfectly located to explore all of Cornwall, yet for those days when you don’t wish to use the car (a free reserved parking space is provided) the independent galleries and shops of Falmouth are a short, level walk away.

Events Square is the home of the National Maritime Museum and some wonderful restaurants including The Shack and Rick Steins Fish and Chip and Oyster Bar. Days out on the water are also easy with boat hire available locally and passenger boats sailing from the nearby Prince of Wales Pier offering trips to St Mawes, Flushing and the Helford River.

This property comes with one allocated parking space in a section of the large car park at Events Square – its is approximately 2 minutes walk from the door.
