Perfectly located and adding to our collection at Manor Cottages, Sailmakers sits above Castle Beach with the most beautiful views over Falmouth Bay.

This top floor apartment has been recently refurbished from top to bottom and offers bright and contemporary accommodation located close to seafront and the ever-popular Gyllyngvase beach. It has an allocated parking space, and it is a short walk into Falmouth town.

Upon arriving you will instantly feel at home. The welcoming open plan living and dining space is beautifully decorated with coastal artwork and paneling. The windows give views of the beach and allow you to enjoy the sounds of the seaside. A large sofa and arm chair provide plenty of opportunity to relax after a day exploring with new electric radiators for those cooler evenings.

The newly installed kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer and seperate fridge and freezer – ideal for all those Cornish goodies!

The master bedroom is decorated in calming colours and features a Super King-size bed with wardrobe and a dressing table.

Bedroom number two has a further Super-King bed (which can also be made into twin singles if required) and plenty of storage with a large wardrobe.

The family bathroom has a large walk-in shower with WC and basin.

Head a few steps across the road and guests will find themselves along the coastal front, with Pendennis Point to the left and Gyllyngvase Beach to the right. Here a fabulous selection of water sports are on offer with surf boards, paddle boards and kayaks all available to hire.

Sailmakers comes with an allocated parking space and one small dog is welcome.  Guests can chose to dine at the hotel and also use the pool and gym for a small daily charge.

Whatever holiday is planned, Sailmakers is easily a perfect location to experience it all. With plenty on its doorstep and nearby Flushing and St Mawes just a picturesque ferry trip away, this holiday will be one to remember!

The Maritime Museum is both interesting for adults, and with ever changing exhibits for children, it promises to entertain everyone. Pendennis Castle and Point is another fantastic day out! Falmouth also provides an array of shops, galleries, bars and restaurants, and with the famous Harbour Lights Fish and Chip restaurant a ten minute walk away, guests won’t be stuck for places to experience some local delicacies.
