Seaworthy is a charming coastal cottage located in a picture perfect position overlooking Falmouth Harbour and offers up to five guests the chance to relax and unwind in its simple beauty.  Once the home to a local pilot boatman who used the great views of ships coming in to the harbour to give early warning that they might be needing assistance!

The modern interior throughout the cottage makes for a peaceful, tranquil stay. A fresh and welcoming place to put your feet up after exploring Falmouth town or a short walk home from the well known Jacobs Ladder Pub.

On entering the cottage, the fresh white walls make the space feel bright and airy whilst the warm wooden flooring maintains the cozy cottage feel. To the left of the staircase is the spacious living area with a comfortable three seater sofa, two armchairs and electric stove. A perfect space for a morning coffee and cozy night in by the fire. The main window frames the stunning view overlooking the harbour and onto St Mawes, a window seat allows guests to watch the activity on the water. Just on the other side of the window, running the length of the front of the property is the front terrace. Here, a round iron table and six chairs are placed, creating an ideal outdoor area to dine alfresco with those unforgettable views over Flushing as a backdrop.

At the back of the living area are two glass doors that open into the kitchen diner. The double doors allow the two rooms to become one big functional space. The dining area has plenty of room for everyone and the modern shaker style kitchen is set in a single storey extension of the property. Four skylights flood the room with bags of natural light and is complimented by the dark slate flooring. A beautiful bright space to welcome the day. The kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven with gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. From the kitchen is an enclosed courtyard that takes in afternoon and evening sun. Relax at the outdoor table and chairs and enjoy some fresh seafood bought from the local fishmongers or savour on some sweet wine and watch the sun go down.

Also on the ground floor is a very useful shower room and a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Three bedrooms can be found upstairs. The master bedroom and third bedroom are situated at the front of the property. Each boast more of those magical water views. The master has plenty of storage space with a double fitted wardrobe and set of drawers, this room has a King-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third has one, each with storage and a bright, light interior. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower over the bath.

Seaworthy is a lovely Cornish cottage, that quietly resides itself amongst the stunning harbour landscape. The property is situated just a short stroll from the varied shops and restaurants in Falmouth, making it an ideal setting for a family break or romantic getaway. Parking for the property is a three minute walk away.

The cottage, views and setting really make Seaworthy an idyllic coastal escape!
