This pretty cottage is located in Flushing where you are greeted by double gates that lead to a parking space and a sun-kissed courtyard, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Stable Cottage may just be your favourite bolthole – its dog friendly too!

Step into this enchanting holiday retreat, and you’re greeted by a kitchen that radiates warmth.  The well equipped kitchen has an electric hob and oven, dishwasher and seperate fridge and freezer.  Alongside the kitchen is the delightful dining space with doors that lead into the south facing courtyard.

The ground floor hosts a beautiful bedroom with king size bed along with an en-suite shower bathroom.

Take the stairs to the first floor and you will find a cosy sitting room with 2 comfortable sofas and a window seat boasting views of the River filtered through tree canopies. It’s an idyllic spot to unwind after a busy day exploring all that Falmouth and Cornwall has to offer.  For those staying during the cooler months the property has central heating and a flame effect electric stove.

Also on this floor is the second bedroom with an attached bathroom. This room offers the flexibility of either a sumptuous king-sized bed or twin beds, depending on your preference.

Stable Cottage has Super Fast Fibre Broadband for guests use.

A short stroll down the hill into the village you will discover the inviting Royal Standard pub and the fabulous Harbour House, perched right by the water. The village store is well stocked with local provisions and on the quay is The Waterside Restaurant.

Continuing through the village and you will reach Flushing Beach which is dog friendly all year round.  From the beach a headland walk takes you around to Mylor Yacht Harbour where you can enjoy breakfast lunch and dinner at Mylor Cafe or Castaways Restaurant.  Here you can also rent small boats to explore the river or try Stand up paddle boarding.
