Karma Waters is a wonderful, two bedroom, ground floor apartment set in a stunning purpose built complex within the private Port Pendennis Marina Village in central Falmouth. Stepping into the apartment guests are instantly greeted by a bright and welcoming hallway. With fresh, neutral walls, this space is light and spacious. Throughout this apartment, there is a selection of beautiful artwork.  The open plan living and dining room is positioned towards the rear of the apartment boasting tremendous views over the inner basin of Port Pendennis. Guests will feel right at home within this space, with plenty of seating to settle down and relax in front of the 65″ Smart TV with Sonos sound bar. Turn on the lights and close the blinds and this room becomes a cosy and welcoming space. If the warmer weather is calling for time to be spent outside, then guests can throw open both sets of double doors and enjoy a wonderful evening drink on the wrap around , soaking in the last of the day’s sun and listening to the boats gently bobbing in the water from the stunning balcony.

The kitchen area is a really modern space with clean and contemporary units. Sharing this space with the elegant dining area where there is a large table and six chairs, this room is the perfect host for wonderful nights in, sharing a delicious meal and quality time with loved ones. Guests can relax and enjoy their meal together with the stunning views as a backdrop to a truly memorable evening. The kitchen comes complete with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave and a dishwasher to cater for all the home comforts.  There is also a large fridge and separate freezer and washing machine.

The master bedroom is a fantastic size with fresh white walls. This room has a Super king bed, wall mounted TV, large built in wardrobe and a separate dressing table.

The family bathroom is positioned opposite the bedrooms and has a shower, bath, basin and WC.

The second bedroom is light and bright and has a double bed along with an additional single for flexibility. This room also comes with a wall mounted TV and an en-suite shower room. Ideal for coming back to after a day at the beach and enjoying a relaxing hot shower!

Port Pendennis is situated within the heart of Falmouth. Guests need just to take a short stroll to Events Square where the famous oyster festival takes place in October each year. Or head to one of the many seafood restaurants for champagne and oysters or possibly a warming fish and chips to take back to the balcony. With one of the deepest natural harbours on the doorstep, Falmouth Harbour, guests can easily take to the water, with a fantastic range of ways to explore the breathtaking surroundings. Falmouth has plenty to offer guests looking for a relaxing, interesting Cornish experience. Packed with plenty of boutique shops, galleries and restaurants, there’s so much to do.
