Trehammet is a spacious, modern cottage set within the grounds of the stunning Falmouth Hotel. Within walking distance of the local beaches Gyllyngvase and Swanpool and views overlooking Pendennis Point, this property has plenty to offer. Accessed via a large cobbled courtyard and complete with private parking space, this well positioned property is an excellent spot to call home for the holiday.

Entering into the property, guests are welcomed by a large and spacious living area. Decorated with cool blues and natural woods, this room definitely creates a sense of beachside retreat. A contemporary sofa means guests can relax in front of the flat screen TV and catch up on their favourite show or get cosy in front of a movie. The dining area can be located just infant of the kitchen, and this cleverly blended space is perfect to spend an evening together, enjoying some delicious food and a bottle of wine.

The kitchen is well equipped so guests will enjoy taking some time to cook something for their love one and the modern units are in keeping with the style of the property. There is an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so guests won’t need to spend too much time cleaning up!

A modern and minimal staircase is the perfect entrance to the upstairs rooms where guests will find the large and spacious master bedroom and family bathroom. The king size bed enables guests a wonderfully relaxing spot to spend the night and the distant sea views from the double windows are a fabulous sight to wake up too in the morning. This large space is light and bright and guests will find plenty of storage in the chest of drawers and wardrobe. If guests wish to spend some time settling down with a book at the end of a long day, then the twin bedside lamps provide cosy evening lighting.

The bathroom is an excellent size and comes complete with a bath and overhead shower. Floor to ceiling white tiles and wooden flooring create a modern and inviting space. There is also a WC, handbasin and heated towel rail.

Falmouth is an excellent location to experience Cornwall. With an abundance of shops, boutiques, galleries, restaurants and pubs there is something for everyone to enjoy! Falmouth is also steeped in history and guests can find out more about its fishing trade and docks at the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle. Just a short stroll from the property is the picturesque Gyllyngvase beach where a variety of water sport activities are available to hire including surf boards, paddle boards and kayaks. Gyllyngvase cafe is also a famously good place to enjoy a relaxing lunch or evening meal whilst soaking in the wonderful sea views. Falmouth also has brilliant transport access to the neighbouring fishing villages of St Mawes and Flushing, where quiet streets are lined with pretty pastel houses. Guests can also catch a twenty minute train ride to the county’s capital city of Truro where a selection of high street shops and bars are ready for exploring.

Guests can chose to dine at the hotel and also use the pool and gym for a small daily charge.
