Quayside Penthouse is a bright and spacious two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and off-road parking in an enviable quayside location. Located at the head of the Penryn River in a modern apartment block views overlooking the water, just a stone’s throw from Penryn town centre and a short drive to Falmouth. This fourth-floor apartment (accessed via a lift or stairs) boasts a superb location with excellent amenities and sights on the doorstep.

Stepping into the apartment, guests are instantly greeted by the bright and modern feel of the property. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space has wonderful views of the wharf and a gorgeous balcony. The living space is relaxing and cosy with a comfortable sofa and an armchair providing an ideal spot for guests to sit back and put their feet up after a long day of exploring. There is a subtle nautical theme throughout, with modern Cornish prints of local towns and landmarks – it’s bright and warm, with large windows allowing natural light to flood in. The dining area is a great size, with a large wooden table and four chairs.

The kitchen is also spacious, and has modern units and appliances. The neutral colour palette is in keeping with the rest of the apartment, and spending quality time together cooking a delicious meal is a must. There is a single oven with a gas hob, an under counter fridge, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffeemaker for all the home comforts. A wall mounted TV and WiFi provide entertainment for rainy days.

On a warm summer evening, the balcony is a beautiful spot to take a moment to relax and unwind. Equipped with a table and chairs and those stunning views, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy a drink at the end of an exciting day.

The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed and the subtle textures and tones of the room have created a tranquil and peaceful space. There is a large inbuilt closet providing ample storage space for luggage and a wall mounted TV. The convenient ensuite shower room is complete with shower cubicle, WC and heated towel rail. The balcony can also be accessed from the bedroom.

The second bedroom is an excellent size and features 2 comfortable single beds (which can be converted into a Kingsize bed if required) and storage cupboard with hanging rail.

Across the large hallway is the family bathroom. Finished to the same high standard as the ensuite, it is a warm and tranquil room. Guests can enjoy taking a long soak in the bath (with shower over) before getting ready for an evening out. This room also features a WC and heated towel rail.

Quayside Penthouse is just a short walk from the centre of Penryn, with a selection of local shops and pubs, and guests are just a short drive from Falmouth where there is an array of wonderful restaurants, galleries and shops. Falmouth Harbour is one of the deepest natural harbours and guests can easily take to the water, with a fantastic range of ways to explore the beautiful surroundings; with private boat hire, canoe rental and sailing lessons and trips. Stand-up paddle boards also provide a fun way to enjoy this area of outstanding natural beauty.

There are excellent transport links to Truro and ferries over to the quaint harbour towns of St Mawes and Flushing. If guests wish to stay a little closer to home there is a selection of local pubs and restaurants just a few steps away. Muddy Beach Cafe, located on Jubilee Wharf is a fantastic tapas restaurant offering dinner with stunning views overlooking the wharf and just a two minute walk from the property, guests need not worry about eating too much!

Quayside Penthouse comes with a large covered parking space for cars under 2 metres suitable for 2 small or one large car just outside the apartment block.
