Horizons at the Lookout is situated at the top of Falmouth High Street with an allocated parking space and glimpses of the water

This apartment has plenty of space for up to four guests to enjoy a slice of Cornish life. Falmouth town offers a wonderful array of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and art galleries, and it’s all just out of the front door!

The property is reached via stairs from the High Street or directly from the car park.  Stepping inside the property, guests are greeted with a welcoming living room with a feature electric fire. Here, nautical tones are teamed with warm woods and slate greys creating a cosy and contemporary atmosphere.

French doors lead guests out to the small terrace where you can watch the activity on the water. The coastal artwork is a pleasant reminder of the seaside location of the property. This room has 2 comfortable sofas and a spacious dining table for 6. A TV enables guests to keep up with their favourite shows or spend some time together with a movie.

Adjacent to the main living space is the bright kitchen fitted with all the necessary appliances to make the most of the holiday including an oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. With an abundance of fresh local produce in the town there’s plenty of different ideas for guests to sample in one of the many restaurants if you wish to take a break from cooking!

A few stairs up, guests will find the master bedroom, the twin second bedroom, and family bathroom.  The master bedroom features a comfortable Super King bed, and crisp white bed linen is ready to greet guests at the end of a long day.

The second bedroom is finished to an equally high standard and comes complete with twin single beds.

Guests will enjoy taking a moment to themselves in the gorgeous family bathroom, fitted with a large walk in shower and floor to ceiling tiles. This super-slick room is ideal for winding down at the end of the day, enjoying a relaxing, hot shower before heading to bed. There is a contemporary style basin, WC, and heated towel rail.

Horizons at The Lookout comes complete with its own allocated parking space in the underground garage a few flights a stairs down – please note that large cars and SUVs may not fit into the space, should this be the case guests can also choose to park in one of the streets nearby.

With Falmouth town centre right on the doorstep, there’s plenty to see and do. Guests can just take a charming stroll through the town centre to Events Square where the famous oyster festival takes place in October each year. Falmouth has an abundance of boutique shops, art galleries, and restaurants as well the famous Maritime Museum.

With one of the deepest natural harbours on the doorstep, Falmouth Harbour, guests can easily take to the water with a fantastic range of ways to explore the surroundings. Private boat hire, canoe rental, sailing lessons and boat trips are all readily accessible, as well as stand-up paddleboards, surfboards and kayaks. Local sea ferries run frequently from the piers within the town centre and provide guests with the prospect of a day out in the surrounding neighbouring villages of Flushing and St Mawes.

Horizons at The Lookout is an excellent apartment for guests wanting to relax and escape to an idyllic Cornish harbour town. With everything just a short walk away, there’s something to keep everyone entertained all holiday long.
