A former Bone Mill built in 1843, the warehouse had been derelict for years until the recent renovation brought this historic building back to life in spectacular fashion, and it has resulted in one of the highest quality developments the area has seen. 

The private entrance with video security leads into a large hallway. The high ceilings and exposed stonework mix perfectly with the retained original features of this unique property. Central heating with contemporary wall-mounted radiators and engineered oak floors ensure maximum comfort at all times, and really set the scene for a truly luxurious holiday experience.

A bright hallway opens into the spacious open plan living area, the heart of the apartment, with captivating views over the head of the Penryn River.
