Description

Three Beaches is a beautifully presented property both inside and out. Set in Gyllyngdune Manor and just steps from the beach, the exterior of the apartment oozes character and charm. With lush green gardens surrounding and views over the colourful floral gardens of the Princess Pavillions, this modern apartment enables guests to switch off and really unwind.

Once inside Three Beaches guests will be greeted by its calming, neutral decor. White walls and warm wooden flooring in the entrance hall enable this space to feel clean and bright and from here, guests can access all the rooms of the apartment. The main living area is a large open space, featuring a bright and relaxing sitting area, a dining area and open plan kitchen.

The sitting area features a comfortable sofa and set of armchairs, all of which create a cosy area to curl up and watch TV. Or step onto the south-facing balcony and marvel at the mesmerising views of Gyllyngdune Tropical Gardens and the captivating sea beyond. Or why not spend an evening on the balcony soaking in the breath taking sea and green views over a cold glass of wine.

Prepare delightful meals in the open-plan kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including a Siemens oven and grill, integrated microwave, induction hob, and dishwasher. A washing machine is conveniently located in a cupboard in the entrance hallway.  Gather around the spacious oak dining table and enjoy some of the delicious local produce or even share some time together over games and drinks before heading out into the town for the evening.

For entertainment the apartment comes with a 36-inch flat-screen TV with Sky Stream entertainment and WiFi.

Three Beaches features an excellent master suite complete with Superking bed, this is a tranquil space to rest up at the end of a long day. The warm wooden furniture is a compliment to the decor of the apartment and a large chest of drawers and twin bedside tables provides ample storage for guests to put away their belongings.  This room also features a TV and dressing table.

Bedroom two features twin single beds which can be made up into a double bed if required and is continuation of the decor from the master. This delightful room is perfectly formed and the large window enables natural light to fill this space. A built in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space.

Indulge in relaxation in the spacious bathroom, boasting a separate bath and an oversized walk-in shower. Choose between the rejuvenating rain shower or the convenient handheld shower for your bathing pleasure.

Three Beaches is ideal for year round holidays with central heating and an electric log fireplace. Whether it’s a chilly winter evening or a cool summer night, you can relax in warmth and tranquility.

Gyllyngdune house is set amongst the grounds of the Princess Pavillion, and guests will definitely not be disappointed by spending a morning or afternoon strolling amongst the lush greenery. With a variety of plants and a small children’s area, this attraction is ideal for those travelling with younger guests. There is also access to the coastal path the runs along Falmouth bay from Pendennis point to Gyllyngvase beach and on further to Swanpool Beach. Both beaches feature a large amount of water sport activities available for daily rental including surf boards, paddle boards and kayaks.

There is so much to see and do in Falmouth and all within a short walk from the apartment doorstep. Leave your car in the allocated parking space and explore the harbour town and its many boutique shops and galleries, stopping to sample a wonderful, traditional Cornish Pasty. Or take the kids to the Maritime museum and brush up on knowledge of the history of the harbour and trade. Falmouth has an amazing selection of restaurants where guests can be spoiled for choice on where to eat. Falmouth has amazing links to the surrounding fishing villages via water ferry. Guests can take a day trip to St Mawes or Flushing, two beautifully quintessential Cornish villages with stunning views over the water. Guests could alternatively, hop on the train from the town centre station and explore Truro, Cornwall’s capital city, where a further array of shops awaits.

Three Beaches has a parking space approximately 15 steps from the building.  It is 4.2m long x 2.2m wide

Access is via a lift or take the stairs up two floors (30 steps).
